When can I send my exhibits to MCH, how is build-up and breakdown scheduled, and what are the opening hours in the different departments?
During build-up and breakdown everyone at your stand must wear Work Identity Badges, and during the fair Exhibitor Badges will be required. So remember to print badges for all staff members.
With our online catering service you can easily order food and beverages for customers and staff members at your stand.
During the fair exhibitors may enjoy FREE morning coffee in the Corner Restaurant between 08:00-09:00 in the morning.
Have you considered how to decorate your stand with furniture, carpeting, plants etc.? You can order everything for your stand construction in the Fair Shop.
Please be aware that some of your technical orders, e.g. electrical installations, must be specified on your stand sketch and submitted to our Technical Department.
For your convenience we have pre-registered your company details for the Exhibitor Guide etc. Please check that the details appear as you wish for them to be published.
Alcohol is permitted after the fairs closing time at 17:00. If you wish to have an evening event at your stand please let us know and I will help you arrange food and beverage.
You are more than welcome to serve non-alcoholic beer and wine at your stand during the opening hours as long as you purchase it at MCH Messecenter Herning.
