The Exhibitor Manual is a usefull tool in your preparation for the fair. We have included all the information you need before, during and after the fair.
Please place all your orders for instance electrical installations, furniture, catering etc. in the Expo Shop

Deadlines
Be sure not to miss anything of importance. We have listed all key dates, e.g. submission of technical orders, etc.
Catering Service
With our online catering service you can easily order food and beverages for customers and staff members at your stand.
During the fair, exhibitors may enjoy FREE morning coffee in Corner Bistro between 08:00-09:00.
Lead collection
For Transport 2023, it will be possible to scan visitors' tickets and collect their contact details.
Mark your stand sketch
Please be aware that some of your technical orders, e.g. electrical installations, must be specified on your stand sketch and submitted to our Technical Department.
Professional stand construction
Why bother with the design of your stand, when you can get professionals to do it? We suit practically every need from standard shell scheme to customised solutions.
Gas vehicles
If you are exhibiting gas vehicles, you must inform us as the fire authorities require special precautions.
Alcohol policy
Alcohol is permitted after the fairs' closing time at 17:00. If you wish to have an evening event at your stand, please let us know. MCH is happy to help with catering for your event..
You are more than welcome to serve non-alcoholic beer and wine at your stand during the opening hours as long as you purchase it at MCH Messecenter Herning.
